Our range of professional accreditations give our clients and customers the confidence that we deliver service excellence. Morrison’s services are supported by a full set of Quality Management procedures. We are proud to have ISO accreditation in the form of ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 standards.

ISO 9001 is designed for organisations aiming to deliver “quality” services or goods, and sets out various management, monitoring and reporting procedures. It also focuses on continual improvement.
ISO 14001 is an environmental management standard that helps organisations reduce their impact on the environment (e.g cause adverse changes to air, water, or land), comply with applicable regulations, and other environmental issues.
OHSAS 18001 is a Health and Safety Standard designed to assist organisations implement the necessary procedures to ensure that they deliver their goods and services with safety in mind.
Morrison also holds several International Safety Awards. These are designed to recognise and reward organisations that have been successful in reducing accidents. One example is the CityCare (Facilities Services JV contract), which has received the award for the sixth year running.
Across our wide range of services, each FM contract is set up to achieve these accreditations to agreed time scales for each client.
