Training & Passport to Work
Effective and tailored training is a fundamental precept endorsed at Morrison. Our services are delivered by skilled personnel who deliver reliable and proficient services. Our staff are the heart of our services.

Morrison trains employees to high standards to enhance the quality of our services, and we work to equip our employees with the latest skills. This is achieved through structured staff training programmes - from inducting new staff to the continued professional development (CPD) of existing employees. It ensures that our service delivery is carried out professionally, promptly, and above all, safely.
Coupled with training, Morrison invests in technology and processes for the effective delivery of our services.
Our national apprenticeship scheme is central to training local people and is run from our major regional service hubs. In support of this structured approach to training, Morrison is establishing Regional Training Centres to ensure that new and existing people have the latest professional skills.
'Passport to Work’ is an induction programme into the “Morrison Culture” of safety, awareness and quality. It is based around specific training and instruction programmes, and is conducted for everyone working for or in partnership with Morrison. Under the scheme, operators, engineers and supply partners are fully instructed for safe service provision. This is underpinned by our environmental policies and quality standards.
In addition to providing you, the client, with high standards of workmanship, we invest in the local community. Morrison places emphasis on employing and training local people. By training staff in areas of unemployment, we have developed apprenticeships across the UK that make a positive difference to social regeneration.
