Client Satisfaction Survey

Morrison Facilities Services want to deliver the best service possible to our clients and customers and getting good quality feedback is a key tool in enabling us to do that.

Measuring satisfaction

Morrison gathers information about the quality of or delivery in a variety of ways including using our "Customer Satisfaction Survey".

These surveys cover a wide range of topics including; catering, building repairs; planned maintenance, laundry services, grounds maintenance and security. It also asks questions on our staff’s appearance, professionalism and quality of work.
