To report a repair you must first contact the Independent Accommodation Help Desk (IAHD). This help desk is run by a separate organisation to Morrison and we work in full co-operation to provide a seamless service. When reporting a fault give as much detail as possible about its type, location and severity, along with any health and safety information which may effect the attending Maintenance Operative. The details you give to the IAHD will be passed onto Morrison to be actioned, therefore clear reporting of faults in the first instance will assist us to carry out your repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
