Background to Our Performance
At Morrison, Management and Performance monitoring is central to delivering cost effective, reliable and quality services. Continued monitoring of these areas ensures that you, the client, benefit from continually improving performance standards.

We monitor our performance using stringent Key Performance Indicators. These KPIs set standards for the various areas of our service delivery, and each month our provision is marked against a KPI score sheet.
KPIs are an important aspect of our service provision, showing us where we are doing well, and where we need to improve. The KPIs cover a broad range of work areas, and vary from contract to contract; each one is developed in partnership with our clients.
KPIs monitor criteria such as highlighting the number of jobs completed within required time frames, or showing that we have reduced the energy consumption of an estate. They also highlight important details such as monitoring how quickly we respond to emails. KPIs also focus on our contractual obligations. Further to these contractual KPIs, Morrison runs its own stringent monitoring and checking regime which we are a requirement of our various ISO accreditations. This data is gathered by our teams of Facilities Delivery Assistants.
